Prior to Salesforce and a stint at ChaCha\, a mobile startup\, Susan worked at Apple and led marketing and product development for several offerings. \n\nPre-Apple\, she was with Macromedia (now Adobe) where she oversaw product marketing initiatives for Flash and Dreamweaver. She led the successful integration of server-side development technologies from two key acquisitions establishing Dreamweaver and Flash as the undisputed leaders in professional web application development.\n\nHer earliest work in marketing goes back to 1995\, working with Kai Krause\, software artist\, user interface designer and founder of MetaCreations Corp. Their unique designs are casual enough to wear every day\, fit the body perfectly and add distinct style to virtually any outfit. \nAngelica was born and raised in Monterrey Mexico\, moved to United States in 2009 when she married her husband Mark\, and became a US Citizen on February 2014. \nShe received a bachelor degree from Liceo Profesional in Mexico\, and earned her spot as an operations manager leading groups of 500+ employees in Delphi Automotive. \nIn the community\, Angelica serves as a Board member in Social Health of Indiana a non-profit that fosters successful lives by empowering youth to make responsible choices and adopt healthy behaviors. Responsibilities include strategy\, strategic communications\, advertising and public relations\, product and consumer marketing as well as client/ financial representative acquisition initiatives. \nPrior to joining OneAmerica\, Kelley led the strategy development team for the Consumer Markets and Acquisition team at MassMutual Financial Group. Her efforts focused on financial preparedness for women\, families\, the LGBT community\, families with special needs members\, as well as business owners. As the consumer segment leader\, she was responsible for building relationships\, programs and processes that build financial literacy in these communities while connecting them to local MassMutual expertise. \nKelley held several roles at MassMutual Financial Group\, including life product marketing leader. During this time\, she worked on national field training events and marketing programs teaching agents how to sell life insurance\, leveraging the best practices of top field professionals. \nPrior to joining MassMutual\, Kelley consulted on marketing and brand promotion where she specialized in product marketing\, strategic development\, management\, sales training and brand marketing. And early in her career\, Kelley worked at Phoenix Home Life as a communications consultant and was a Series 7\, 63\, 65 licensed financial advisor with Smith Barney for several years. \nKelley received her Bachelors degree in English from the University of Connecticut\, where she played collegiate basketball during the 1994-1998 season\, earning her Big East All-Academic Team awards and was a member of the 1995 National Championship 35-0 team. Today\, Kelley and her husband\, David\, reside in Zionsville\, Indiana with their three children. She enjoys coaching her children\, running\, and public speaking. Launched this past February\, trueU helps its member companies enhance their cultures by providing a framework of programs\, tools\, and resources that are focused on relationship-building\, service to others\, and personal leadership development.\n \nKim has over 30 years of diverse business experience including c-level leadership of start-up and growth companies and account management for some of the largest corporations in the world. Prior to trueU\, she has led emerging Indiana-based companies primarily in the technology sector.
