DESCRIPTION:After acquiring over 1500 books\, knocking on a lot of doors\, and generating donations\, Gal’s Guide will open the nation’s first independent women’s history library. Located in the Noblesville Nickel Plate Arts building at 107 S. 8th Street\, the library will be opening on March 6\, during their first Friday event\, starting at 6:00pm. \nVisitors to the library will find an inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable guides to help them with their selections. Operating hours will be Wednesday through Friday 12-5 and Saturdays 10-5. \nAbout Gals Guide to the Galaxy: Gal’s Guide is a non-profit\, 501c3 organization whose mission is to build an independent women’s history library and research center to preserve\, collect\, share and champion women’s achievements and lessons learned
