None that we can think of.\n\nWe’re excited to take you on a journey through Natalie’s career\, which began at Monarch Beverage in 1994 – with an internship. Throughout her career\, Roberts climbed the ranks at Monarch\, holding several positions within HR\, Sales\, and Marketing. With a variety of positions under her belt – from a sales rep\, trainer and recruiter\, Director of Human Resources and then Marketing\, to the VP of Human Resources – Roberts has been actively involved in both marketing and HR in the beverage industry for 17 years.\nRoberts has been the Senior VP of Strategy at Monarch for three years now\, and in this role she develops and oversees the long-term goals\, strategies\, and objectives for several departments including HR\, finance\, marketing\, customer service\, risk management\, and public and government affairs.\nNatalie Roberts is the type of person who leads by example – and\, as thus is a respected employee and executive\, considered a facilitator and innovator both at Monarch and in the Indianapolis community.\nRecently inspired by Sheryl Sandberg’s book\, Lean In\, Natalie created a Lean In group that meets regularly at Monarch.
