Linking Indy Women: Transforming Lives in Our Community!
Guest Speaker: Jennifer Vigran, CEO of Second Helpings
Jennifer Vigran is about to celebrate her one-year anniversary serving as the CEO of Second Helpings, an engagement which followed over a decade as a full-time community volunteer. Among her other professional roles, Jennifer previously served as Indiana State Personnel Director and Vice President of Human Resources for Support Net, Inc. Her path to leading one of Indianapolis’ largest hunger relief organizations may not be conventional, but it is based on a passion for Second Helpings’ mission to transform lives through the power of food.
Jennifer will share with us her personal journey as well as how Second Helpings is taking steps to dramatically increase its role in combating hunger and poverty in Central Indiana. Second Helpings will be providing a light breakfast and tours!
